Home care

  • I take care of your property - before, during and after occupancy.

  • Your property will be thoroughly cleaned between reservations and prepared for the next guest.

  • Your domicile will be carefully guarded and regularly checked during your absence.

  • After the end of the season, your holiday home will be checked in detail. We then create a control report with any suggestions for improvement and necessary repairs.

  • Your holiday home will be prepared in consultation with you before the start of the season.

On-site Customer Service

  • Check-in: I personally greet every guest on site

  • Customer care: you and your guests can reach me by phone around the clock.

  • Additional service offers: Your guests can book additional services (taxi service, activities, bed linen and towels, ...). 

  • Local knowledge: I know the region inside out and will make your guests' holidays better with tips and advice.

  • Check-out: I make sure that every guest is said goodbye personally on departure and has not left any damage behind.
